2.2. In the event of order cancellation after dispatch, the amount will be credited as reward points after reducing the shipping costs.
**3. Delivery Timeframe:**
3.1. Orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days, excluding Saturdays. Please note that Saturdays will not be counted as business days.
**4. Reshipping Charges:**
4.1. If the courier is returned due to customer unresponsiveness or door lock issues, the customer will be required to pay the shipping charges again for re-dispatching the order.
4.2. In the case of order cancellation, the refund amount will be credited as reward points after deducting the shipping amount.
**5. Reward Points Validity:**
5.1. The reward points credited to your account are valid for 1 year from the date of credit. Please make sure to use them within this period.
**6. Order Tracking:**
6.1. You will receive the tracking number for your order on your registered email once the order is dispatched.
