Return and Refund Eligibility:

- Items sold are generally non-returnable, except in cases of:

- If you decide to return your order, the refund will be processed as reward points on our website, deducting the applicable shipping costs.
- In the case of order cancellation post-dispatch, the refund amount will be credited as reward points after deducting the shipping costs.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Orders are expected to be delivered within 5-10 business days, excluding Saturdays. Please note that Saturdays are not considered business days.
Reshipping Charges:
- If the courier is returned due to customer unresponsiveness or door lock issues, re-dispatching will incur additional shipping charges payable by the customer.
- For order cancellations, the refund amount will be credited as reward points after deducting the initial shipping amount.
Reward Points Validity:
- Reward points credited to your account are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Please utilize them within this period.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a tracking number for your order on your registered email once the order is dispatched.
